Cheney left HAL in August 2000~~over 4 years ago. I checked the stock tonight. I wouldn't buy it. It's gone from 22 to 33 or so this year. Cheney is NOT on the insiders list that I can see.

As a matter of fact, I wonder who the competitor of HAL is...? HAL may not bid this next time. THAT will cost the taxpayers more money. Companies that do everything they do are few and far between.
