In Kerry's congressioanl testimony he said that he had been told by people that these atrocities occurred. While some of the stories have not been substantiated (if you had seen or done some of these things and not reported it would you be first in line to expose your lack of morals?) Kerry himself did not lie. He was the spokesman for the group and while some may not have been true some were.

You have a fine attack on some of his sources, which he himself as said have turned out to be less than credible, But I see nothing wrong with what Kerry said and did.
