Dick Cheney was adament last night that there is a connection, and he previously disputed the 9/11 commission's finding that Saddam did not have a "collaborative relationship" with al Queda. In the shadow world of terrorism it's hard to say if and when "contacts" amount to a "relationship". Then again, given the WMD screw up any intelligence report is suspect. I doubt Zarqawi got into Baghdad and had received medical care without Saddam's/top leaders knowledge.
