What is its choice? I don't think you read any of my posts. I'm not talking about the current UN structure, but about how I think it should be structured and what its purpose should be. I do read your posts but you can't assume that I understand when you are in fantasy mode or when its reality time. I too want the UN to be stronger. Ultimately, I think we should have world gov't. However, you raise a critical point.........many gov'ts are not representative. Its critical that they make the transition to democracy. That requires that the West work to help make that happen......not by pre emptively attacking a country but by using other means such as sanctions. ted
