Let's see if you can explain why Edwards defended his NOT paying of corporate taxes through using loopholes. Sub chapter S corp, etc. Cheney stated Edwards probably should have paid over $600k more in taxes, but because of these loopholes, he did not. All Edwards had to say in rebuttal was that his tax evasion is legal.
