Did this reply bother you as much as it did me. It's left me aghast that people could think like this and yet DABUM or whomever he calls himself is well respected on these threads.

I found another gem from this same poster that sums up his world view and puts the earlier quote in (rightwinger) context:

For the record, I wouldn't vote for a Democratic president if you put a gun to my head, but that's just me. I'd vote for Ghenghis Khan or Mickey Mouse if they ran as a Republican as opposed to voting for a democrat.

Anyone who disnegages their brain to that degree is going down a bad road.
