If memory serves me:
Leahey had been rather rude to Cheney during the session. He then acted like everything was hunky dorry after the end of the session. Cheney was blunt about how he felt.

Cheney:foul mouth, low morals. Note that Cheney refused to answer the statements about his Halliburton corruption. Bush/Cheney = the most corrupt administration in US history.
