No one is saying that he ever met him in any capacity at the Senate. Was the Senate John Jr.'s job?

Also: On April 8, 2001, Cheney and Edwards shook hands when they met off-camera during a taping of NBC's "Meet the Press," moderator Tim Russert said Wednesday on "Today."

Cheney has spent way too much time in undisclosed locations, time meeting with Ken Lay planning to screw Californians and ultimately the rest of the country - that failed though. He has been attending fund raisers, campaigning for Bush. William Shatner is 74, yet he looks 20 years younger than Cheney. Which reminds me, the Practice has changed its name, but that show never misses an op to slam the Bush admin.

It's rumoured that Cheney's Office has prepared a draft "clarification".

~"VP Cheney was misunderstood by the liberal media. What the Vice President said was that last night was the first time that the Vice President had met Sen Edwards on a Tuesday night in a debate forum."

They're checking the records before the final release.
