4 million more people receiving health insurance, according to Congress's Joint Economic Committee.

I'd like to see how they came up with that deduction on a 0.4% reduction in insurance rates.

...and a recent survey of physicians found that up to 70 percent order tests or procedures in case they are sued.

And with all those extra tests there are 100-200,000 people that die every year from medical error. Once we elimate those "unnecessary tests" that should help a bunch. Fewer diagnostic tests = improved medical practice? That's intuitive.
