Shut up and tell us what right YOU have to sue an NHS doc over there.

As I'm no longer in England, my right to sue an NHS doc is probably very limited. It would be a tough case to make. jla is a real legal wiz, he might give it a go.

But if I was there, it certainly is possible to sue NHS doctors. And it is done.

Of course, I happen to think that the Brits screwed that up and our founding father's got it right. [Which it seems you disagree with.] But they also have a different approach to ensure the ability of the people to seek redress in the Courts. [Which you are completely oblivious to.]
