Our local idiot Francis Slay Jr was in on that bill too. He said it was never to be voted on, it was just used to show the inequality of armed service enrollment or some such crap.

I just don't see how these can think they look any different than like idiots. It was stupid idea, done a stupid way, for a stupid reason.
