All I gotta say to the clown who bought on spec and now wants to sue Pulte, "Boo-focking-hoo"....<NG>

i wonder how many more newly upside down buyers we'll see in vegas....

(notice the buyer was a real estate 'investor', doesn't look like he did the math <g>, my guess is the had to know the rental would be break even at best, and was projecting a tidy profit by selling within 6 months to a year)

My sentiments exactly. If the guy had flipped it on some other poor sucker a little faster he'd be yuking it up.
