i've been concluding that the 'lateral move' just doesn't make sense in the 'bubble' areas and those who cash out, go elsewhere for value....

what i find interesting is that the vegas speculation seems to be driven by outside 'investors' (just a hunch, but i'm thinking the S. CA contingent has weighed significantly here)

so what you have is RE bubble money chasing more RE bubble money....sort of like a game of RE speculation musical chairs....

with people like the guy from CO (in the article nextrade linked) finding his ass on the floor <<gg>>
