40 mg Simvastatin every morning, less than 1/2 the meat
I use to eat, but more fish, & nothing with hydrogenated
on the lable. It took some time for it to start down
about (7 or 8 months,) and I went from 20mg to 40mg.
I get 80s and cut them in half.
----
AND BTW simvastatin is the generic form of Zocor,
I get it out of Canada..Walmart tells me they
can't sell it in the U.S.
However The VA Hospitals use simvastatin, in place of Zocor. and I think they get it out of Canada.
----
It has some side effects for some people but so far
hasn't bothered me.
----
BTW 2; I told every one who would listen over 2 years
ago that Viox was a killer, and the crap that
Celibrex is not is just crap. True Viox was worse
but only because it was stronger, if you take enough
Celibrex ( I had to take 2 or 3 ) to get same
effect of 1 Viox, like it could almost make you want
to dance, but I never took even a half of the prep
before I knew it was a killer.
Tried them all, and the cheap Ibuprofin is better
if your stomach is resonable. I Just eat a small amount
of something with each dose..and I take 2,(200s)
4 to 5 times a day.
Before Ibuprofin went OTC doctors prescribed
800Mg doses about 2 to 3 times a day.
So I'm still well within the limits
