Kerry will never let the UN dictate anything we do. But the fact is we desperately need the UN now in Iraq. Without them we absolutely cannot have elections there. That is just a fact. Bush says the UN is already there, but they have just a tiny office and no real presence because there is no security. Therefore, no elections. Therefore, no "free Iraq". Therefore Bush is full of it.
