Ted, others, Lots of bad news coming out for the Republicans lately - No WMD report, Runmsfield and Bremners comment about the war/troops, etc. They will find it hard to spin all this to their advantage or even being able to defend these in the debates. I am a little surprised in that they could have easily pushed these out after the elections and not have to deal with these this close to election. I wonder if they have lost some of the control over the timing these comments, or they think they can counter this with 'positive' spins. Maybe Bush/Cheney only has honestly in their mind and not want to influence anything with regard to election (and that moving the Iraqi election to january was just a coincidence :-) ). I wonder what Rove has up his sleeve now. Bum
