Poor fellow... if the FDA gives market exclusivity to Pennsaid, then no one else can sell. It will take another couple years to prove you're a complete ignorant fool on this one too,...but it will happen. This is about DMSO, and there are lots of combinations of DMSO, NSAIDs and emulsifiers that will get around that patent and market exclusivity which is not guaranteed. The more your fingers flap, the more of a fool you become. And I repeat,...it's the shareprice stupid.
