LIAR. Bush is losing on every issue. The only thing he is still a bit ahead on is the sense that he is a "strong leader in a crisis" and general sense that hge is tough on terrorism. That's only because they've never seen Kerry handle a major crisis. Bush's counter-terrorism efforts have been poor. I'd give him a C. We need someone who scores an A.
