Saddam is irrelevant. He was irrelevant when we invaded. We wasted our scarce resources, our key people, the lives of young soldiers and the opportunity to take decisive action in other areas where it would actually improve national security. Saddam is and was irrelevant. National security has been harmed by the decisions and actions of Bush and his friends.
