Yes, I am interested in the impact and implications of the Kodak court decision, too.

Also, do people see SUNW getting to 10 anytime soon (12 months out)?

While the Kodak decision is a cloud hanging over Sun, it will be a long time before any money changes hands. The penalty phase of the trial has to be concluded, where they will decide how much "damages" Kodak is entitled to. There will be a series of appeals of the verdict that will take years.

Also, Sun will challenge the validity of the Patent with the PTO. Remember the trial did not find the patent valid, it only found that if the Kodak patent was valid then Sun was in breech of the patent.
