Don, you witnessed one of my most egregious personal assaults. Geode deserves no respect. You still get a gimme. Bremer says he needed extra troops but several times when asked that question while he was "Viceroy" he said he did not need them. He lied! Bremer asked for them first in a memo less than three weeks before the end of his term in Iraq. Your accusation is a typical Kerryism, a thread of truth spread over a large cloth. He said he had never met John Edwards when he had met him at least three times. He lied! Is every inaccuracy you make (like the one above) a lie? Your apology is accepted. He does not appear to have shared a stage with Edwards, and the unreelectable Senator from NC is not quite a memorable as the VP. Cheney said many many times that there were links between Saddam and Al Qaeda. This has been proven true. I have not seen credible evidence that he directly linked Saddam to 9/11. Rice says she did not know the tubes were not suitable for a centrifuge even as late as last Sunday on ABC Sunday Morning. Centrifuge, rockets, who cares which? They couldn't get the steel, and the safety of his scientists was a minor consideration. He would have ordered them to precede with the aluminum tubes. Hagel and Lugar are liberal boys traipsing around as republicans. The liberal press loves them as long as they have critical sound bites. We haven't heard much about McCain since he started supporting Bush. Coincidence? Only a fool would think so. Your lair Joe Wilson lied about when he knew the document was forged. This is just a bunch of Democrat spin. End of freebie.
