Just a few of the U.S. companies outsourcing
jobs overseas right now:

Your list includes Dannon and Evian as outsourcers. Yet, they are actually in-source companies and French owned.

Your article doesn't discuss some of the other in-sourced business brought into or kept in the the USA. Here are just a couple from France:

Car and Driver magazine
Parent's magazine
Playstation magazine
Yoplait and Dannon Yogurt
Evian
Nearly all top quality booze and champagne enjoyed by Americans
Krups coffee makers
Motown Records
Universal Studios
Taylor Made golf clubs
RCA
BF Goodrich
There are many more and from many more countries.

Outsourced jobs (2003) from the USA is in the vicinity of 350,000-400,000 out of a USA payroll of 130 plus million. Yes, it would be nice if the number was zero but will never be. Guess, kerry can take it up with the UN.
