i do share your thoughts on tax the rich to give out more soc programs to those who didn't save throughout their life time.. who owned two houses. took expensive vactions, bought a larger house than needed. however, they always thought they would have time to save later in life.. then got laid off. now no savings, no pension, no medical.. see a lot of it.
