In reality, Kerry has no record at all, other then to be inconsistent. WHO KNOWS what Kerry will do. I SERIOUSLY doubt EVEN KERRY knows. He is a man totally without any convictions and I believe with no honor or basic beliefs. About the ONLY thing I think you can count on from Kerry is that he will do what HE BELIEVES is best FOR KERRY. jdn
