Management was flakey..... they got approval for a copper compound as part of a wound closure, but they failed to (IMO) adequately inform that it was approved as an equivalent to a Band-Aid with no added benefit from the "do no harm" copper component.... one last little intraday rally on that news, and it was all over..... went south during the lean days, not making it to the bubble.
