A simple metric: When you run across someone that accepts the notion of increased attacks, month over month, is an indication of "desperation" on the part of the enemy. .... it's an unrealistic request to ask the person to be non-partisan.

We have thwarted attacks. Wake up. Why has there been no attack on the United States in retaliation for the routing of Al Qaida? First, because the capacity of the terrorists has been exaggerated, but secondly, because we have caught those who have plotted.
