"People who have been ridiculed also have a high rate of suicide; so drop the idiotic responses, if you please."

"Then there’s another way. Kill by laughter. Laughter is an instrument of human joy. Learn to use it as a weapon of destruction. Turn it into a sneer. It’s simple. Tell them to laugh at everything. Tell them that a sense of humour is an unlimited virtue. Don't let anything remain sacred in a man’s soul – and his soul won’t be sacred to him. Kill reverence and you’ve killed the hero in man. One doesn’t reverence with a giggle. He’ll obey and he’ll set no limits to obedience – anything goes – nothing is too serious."

"All professional bodies that must have a fiduciary relationship with clients have developed ethical standards of conduct."

I was working with a lawyer yesterday that specializes in prosecuting child sexual abuse cases especially those perpetrated by the Church. I asked him if after all his long years he could detect someone that was likely to abuse by their looks or mannerism. He said in all instances it is the person you don't expect, the janitor, the bus driver, the kindly grandfather type, someone misplaced and given a position of trust.

What? And deviate from your well-established precedent?

but as you grow up you will appreciate

Ha! The apa is also concerned about "ageism." You violate the very code that you advocate! But that's ok, I guess, given that your morals must be as flexibly self-serving as possible.

I continue to be both entertained and amused. It's much more fun than perpetual bitterness.

Oh that you might show the same attitudes that you so self righteously demand of others.

"..so drop the idiotic responses, if you please. The fact that people can survive ridicule and mistreatment does not justify your mocking of ethical codes of professional conduct..."
