couldn't find a lawyer in the area that would take the case on..this cardiologist and his practice was treating them!!!.. Maybe that's a partial explanation for why Edwards took on the Ob/Gyn's... +++++++++++++++++++= Seems that the market is putting a litigation discount into all DRG/BTK related issues. Given that many of those being trashed today don't even have an approved drug, can this beating be viewed as a very optimistic outlook for the emerging biotechs? :-( i.e. the more they lose, the greater the probability of getting an FDA approval which opens them up to class actions. Seriously, I think that the pendulum needs to swing the other way on class actions. e.g. Limit lawyers fees to less than $10K/hour; eliminate contingency fees altogether; ...
