What is your source to back up your statement that one party usually refuses invitations? What a silly comment.

As for the preacher, since you brought it up, the procedure is two fines before the church's tax exemption status is usually revoked. It is not a one time shot as you write. Nor does the minister enjoy that status personally.

I hope this helps clear up your confusion.

If a preacher says "vote Kerry" in his church he loses his tax exempt status. If you know of someone who has go ahead and report them. Black churches invite Republicans top speak too, but usually the Republicans refuse the invitations.
