What amazes me is I heard the Bill O'reilly said this morning on his talk show that if Bush doesnt win this "debate" on Friday that he will lose the election. Have Americans become so shallow that how one APPEARS is more important then how one ACTS. We have a record on Bush now. Everyone seems to agree he is a better war time leader and more reliable in the fight against terrorism. Kerry also has a record and his record does NOT look good for the average American, yet the media refuses to publish his record. From what we have learned Kerry is:
1. Soft on defense
2. Hard on Taxes
3. Apparently not a hard worker (ie misses many senate votes, has basically no bills that he sponshored.
4. Seems to always be on the wrong side of history.
5. Has stabbed in the back his own comrades while they were still "in theater".
6. Has cohabulated with the enemy in a manner that could be called traitorous.

Yet, he primps and polishes, delivers smooth oratory and is THAT ENOUGH to make him President? Gawd, I hope the American electorate is smarter then that. jdn

LOL! Bush and Cheney are starting to look like the freghtened lemmings for declaring in August of 2002, stating flatly, and despite intelligence disputes at the time, that "there is no doubt that Saddam Hussein now has weapons of mass destruction. There is no doubt he is amassing them to use against our friends, against our allies and against us."

Every single report coming out proves they were dead wrong and took us to war without just cause. The more they deny it and insist they did the right thing the more absurd they look.

The editorial writers are having a field day with this. Toss in Bush's pathetic performance at the first debate and it's starting to make sense... the President is a bumbling idiot and he bungled the Iraq situation big time. This cowboy is all hat and no cattle.

unlike Kerry supporters who must all act like frightened lemmings and agree that GW Bush is the devil incarnate. Their collective political gullibility
