AS, I'm all for separation of Church and State. I think the majority of Americans are for it. But no where in the law is there anything that states that a preacher shouldn't tell his congregation how to vote. This is an activity of the church within the church, and is therefore protected by the same separation of Church and State laws.

I think it was already pointed out to you that the Reverend Jessie Jackson preaches that you should vote for Kerry, while the Reverend Pat Robertson preaches for Bush. Both of these activities are clearly legal under the law.

Therefore you are absolutely wrong on this issue, and your continued pursual of it will simply make you look like a fool. Simply admit that you had it wrong. Be bigger than Bush...who could not admit wrong doing for the life of him.
