Once again you miss the point. He says "We". He saw some attrocities and they told him about some others. He is their representative speaking in front of congress. Why is that so difficult to understand?

"Testimony" such as Kerry's, as to facts, was not presented as hearsay or opinion. Kerry obviously was representing those incidents as facts, and he was vouching for them. Junior Baloney seems to be excusing Kerry by saying, "Kerry was just repeating what he was told."

Yeah, he was only following orders, too.
