Killing it in his infancy can also mean other things besides fighting an insurgency with US troops. We could seal borders, establish a blockade, use bombing, and build a wall to keep them in, much like the wall israelis built to keep them out. My point is that even if we pull out, they do not automatically become a superpower and even if we pull out it doesnt prevent us from crushing them in other ways. mike
