Nuclear WMD is a serious problem.

Which is why Halliburton was fined millions of dollars for selling components to Libya that could be used in nuclear weapons programs.

Not long before Cheney was selected as Bush's running mate, Cheney is *on record* as lobbying for the right to sell to Iran. Then a few months later, with his new hat on, Iran is the axis of evil, never to be touched except at the end of a missile.

Iran good enough to be a customer of Cheney one day, then a target the next?

Who is the flip flopper?
