Are the terms of the convertible out? I didn't see it.

The common shares 25 million at 3.89? Decent price for a secondary.

Given the already crappy capital structure, this is small.

Really will come down to whether or not they can attract 4 million as I think they can, and with advertising and promotional sales, you are talking huge revenue and bottom line numbers.

Let's face it - valuing this is an exercise in weather forcasting. My take, per prior posts, is that $6 is a reasoable goal. I see it zig zagging, with trading opportunies up the ladder.
