I don't know why Novak isn't in jail. Must mean he's cooperating.

Ms. Miller will richly deserve her jail time, and I will have utterly no sympathy for her

Maybe they could give her Martha for a roomie :)

Well, I assume that Miller promised her source that she would not rat him/her out, and I admire her for keeping her word.

But then, I also think the Plame "outing" is a tempest in a tea pot. Plame wasn't a NOC at the time, she was working at State Department, revealing her name did not compromise her.

I think the Justice Dept. is going after the leaker because political pressure has been brought to bear.

The real "meat" is her husband - it appears that he knew that the Niger documents were forged before he could have learned it from any public sources. It also appears that he lied about how he got his assignment to go to Niger. The whole thing stinks but will Miller revealing her source lead to information on the Niger matter?

I suppose it would be funny if Wilson was the leaker, but that's hard to swallow.

Okay, let's go ahead and dress Ms. Miller in the radiant white silk robes of a High Priestess of the Mainstream Media. We can extinguish all the ambient lighting — her righteous glow illuminates the courthouse steps beyond the poor power of technology to supplement.

This must be that bright light John Edwards saw when he was a kid?
