I do not think I ever burned them on audio cd (in the wave format). I always burned them as MP3 to play on mp3 players, both portable and on the PC.

There are some internet sites where I can listen to Hindi songs in real player or windows media player format, but there is no mechanism to save them on your hard disc. Total recorder lets you do that.

Regards,

Satish

Hi G,

Have you tried playing the disk in a DVD player?

Some (sometimes older) CD players won't play MP3 files. Most newer DVD players will play them. Maybe you used the MP3 format and your car's CD player won't play MP3's ?

G,

Make sure they are wav files.....not all cd players will read mp3s.....and also burn it at a slower rate; some cd players cannot read cds if they are burned at 40x or so.....if you want to be absolutely sure it will be read, burn it at 4x or so. Mostly older ones, but I have seen it many times myself.
