You are confusing "image" with "style of policy." No wonder you misinterpreted bias, when none existed. Reread it and remove whatever biased image you have in your mind and replace it with McCarthy's style of policy. The article was a factual discussion of his and his cohorts policies and it drew a factual comparison (what was similar, what was different) to McCarthy era policies. You're dodging the other question: what's wrong with offering healthy food in schools? You're also dodging other questions: didn't you vote for Bush and aren't you pro-war?
