I'v been there twice and that's an understatement..there is
damm little in Nigera tahts not corrupt, every one who is
anyone is on the take. I had to bribe my way in and out both
times, ( & you do it or you don't do anything )

When you see taht in any country you can
bank on corruption ( of all types at all levels )
Nothing has changed since I been there
, the news media just has to
make it look taht way.
