I had to bribe my way in and out both times, ( & you do it or you don't do anything ) ---- US cash cash on the black market will bring 2 or 3X the exchange rate. When you see taht in any country you can bank on corruption ( of all types at all levels ) Nothing has changed since I been there , the news media just has to make it look taht way. ---- Jim
