It wasn't really a serious suggestion at the time, but a little free association after I made the comment got me to thinking about what one would look like. Taking a basic outline of the facts, it probably wouldn't be that hard to put illustrations with most of them. Maybe a "connect the dots" on the last page with our favorite suspect. Throw in some maze puzzles with F16s trying to find New York, or hijacked airplanes flying over military bases, etc..

I don't know if it would have any social, political or economic value, but it would certainly be an interesting project.

The COINTELPRO guys certainly had a lot of fun with a similar concept:
