This incident makes it so much easier to invalidate the election. How many people have submitted their ballot, only to have an opportunity to vote AGAIN and resubmit? Will their oringinal ballot be counted along with their new ballot. Who will ensure that doesn't happen??? The same dept that messed up in the first place? Did they get the new ballots from the same company that printed the incomplete ballots? Who are they, and what kind of incompetence is that? What a mess.
