Yes Sig the typical working person has concern with those numbers but the typical retired person has even more concern. The elderly and those too frail to work also have concern.
Your marrage suggestion-- one must have no self-esteem to marry trailor trash no matter how much Kerry wanted the money.
The markets have been very good to me for well 30 years. However, real estate has been fantastic. It I tried the landlord bit- yuk! No matter the amount of rent charged- not fun. Flipping has been great. I've held from less than a week to 27 years for profit. Some were sold before I paid for them! We do agree-- owning one residence(s) is important.
