Per Laz's request

The Medical Information Bureau mib.com is a central repository for all medical insurance claims or any other data someone wants to contribute WRT your medical state. If an insurance claim was filed or if some entity believes it has relevant information and files it, the MIB has it. It is the medical equivalent of the various financial credit reporting agencies. It has been in business for decades (its website says since 1902).
