The rumor is flying around the globe. Was the president wired during the first debate?

What parts of the debate I saw, he sure was acting strangely. Much differently then when he speaks at his rallies. This whole campaign is getting more bizarre by the moment. Its hard to believe that in a little over two weeks we will know the outcome.
