He has since become more qualified to speak for black justice needs than a Judge from Louisiana that has the support of virtually every black group and legal group in the state.

Charles Pickering was given a recees appointment and will likely not be approved by the full Senate due to Democrat demagoguery. Robert Byrd pretends for the cameras.
