The whole world is in debt up to its ears. Its true in the U.S., its true in Latin America, its true in Europe, its true in even middle east countries. This usuary I believe is a mechanism to gain complete power. In order to obtain more debt and avoid collapse demands will require concessions. Concessions on economic decisions, maybe concession on military, maybe concessions on sovreignty.
