I read the Sedar document as well and I agree. Although this does not have the diversification of ES, the levered exposure to COS gives you one great opportunity.

Perhaps it was not here, but I did read some speculation that the Preferred would be called. That is unlikely.

We may get cash in 2010 or an extension, we'll see, but receiving COS shares are unlikely. I agree this should be a great deal, even if overvalued according to COS-OSTPfd=OST.UN.
