Perhaps you can eloquently explain how the Clinton Admin falsely claimed to have a budget surplus, yet the national debt increased every single year he was President. I'd like to know because I want to apply this magic formula to increase my spending well beyond all of my sources of income. I too want to still have a positive net flow of cash once I'm done spending than I took in. And I want to do this for 8 straight years, just like Clinton.
