Scary thought just occurred to me...

"Oh, you might want to mention those unreleased records will likely be subpoeaned.

What a mess it would be if Kerry gets elected and then these records get subpoenaed? It does seem like this should get flushed out ahead of time. If it would ruin his credibility as president, I would rather have that happen now than after he is in office.
