Fortunately (for me!) we are not going to come up with a verifiable list of presidential IQ.

We have done this subject to a turn in the past. Bush's ability to get a Harvard MBA, and make the cutoff for Navy pilot, indicates a 125 IQ. Gore and Kerry are around the same.

That's the problem with information on the internet. We all have biases, but what can separate us from the paid partisan hacks (heck, at least they get paid for it, why do we squabble when there's no penny at stake?) is at least the ability to scrutinize evidence and be cynical about them until they can be verified.

Otherwise, if you want to believe something too much, a rush to judgment can cause debacles of historic proportions (like RatherGate). I have a good hunch that 20 years from now, if our children are not all studying the Quran, Dan Rather and Rathergate will live on in infamy in the journalism textbooks.

That said, if someone could produce a real IQ ranking and the results were substantially different I would not only be surprised and duped, but embarrassed, because it would reveal my biases and they would have gotten the better of me.

Your biases are already apparent. But there is nothing wrong with having a bias, if you acknowledge it. On the other hand, to be embarrassed by your biases shows that there is hope, particularly in view of your obvious predilections.

You (and many, many more) were duped by an impassioned Bush-hating Loony Lefty, who fraudulently created the non-existent Dr. Werner R. Lovenstein. Your biases led you into believing the hoax as surely as flies are drawn to honey.

Right-thinking right-wingers would have never been duped.

Abstract,

So like Dan Rather you defend fraud that you perceive as correct?
